What we keep

Your name, email address, contact number, password security record, league entries, picks, messages and notification settings.

Why we keep it

To run your account and leagues, protect the competition, send the updates you choose, contact winners and send league updates or optional WhatsApp group invitations.

Who can see it

Players can see names, league results and chat. Your email and contact number are private to you and the platform administrator inside LMS Wins. If you choose to join a WhatsApp group, its members can see your WhatsApp number. Service providers receive only what is needed to host the app or deliver messages.

Control and deletion

You can update your number or delete your account from Account. Historical picks are anonymised where removing them would change a league result. Contact the platform administrator to request access or correction.
